Craig & Christine Lawrence
Senior Pastor Craig Lawrence serves as the Senior Pastor here at New Life. He sits as the head of the Executive Staff. He integrates the vision of Growing Healthy Lives into the life flow of our church. Our Pastor is highly relational and has an inspirational leadership style. He is influential in his prophetic preaching and connects with others on a personal level. A visionary net-worker, Craig loves to encourage others to obedience. He is a gifted communicator who operates his position with a prophetic outlook.
Roy & Maria Franz
Administration Pastor Roy Franz serves as the Administrative Pastor. He plays a critical role within the Executive Staff. He also oversees the Serving Pastors within the vision of Growing Healthy Lives. Roy administrates the finances of the Church while playing a vital role in the functionality of our services. He is compassionate in his call to care for the needs of the staff and congregation. Faithful and supportive in his servant leadership style, Roy is a gifted listener who operates his position with wisdom and thoroughness.
Billy & Marliz Doray
Executive Pastor Billy Doray serves as the Executive Pastor. He is the catalyst and organizer of the Executive Staff while overseeing the Strengthening and Sharing Pastors within the vision structure. He is the implementer of the New Life Vision and has designed the discipleship process and curriculum for Growing Healthy Lives. Billy is in charge of our Wednesday night Recharge Services. Strategic and inspirational in his leadership style, Billy is a focused visionary and a gifted teacher/preacher.

Mike & Kristy Gerbrandt
Creative Pastors Mike and Kristy Gerbrandt oversee all arts and media. They have a passion for creativity in the worship experience and love leading the team to new levels of leadership, musicianship, and in their love for the Savior Jesus Christ, fulfilling their callings as worship leaders.
Jason & Leah Surrell
Kingz Kidz Children’s Pastor Leah Surrell equips our children to Grow Healthy Lives. She serves a critical role in taking care of our New Life children. She is in charge of organizing and implementing teams with teaching curriculum to our children on a weekly basis. She also directs all of our Christmas and summer Vacation Bible School programs annually. In doing so, she provides a safe and fun atmosphere for our children to learn God’s Word. Organized and servant oriented in her leadership style, Leah operates her position with faith and encouragement.
Reid & Jen Powell
Elevate Youth Pastor Reid Powell equips our youth to Grow Healthy Lives. He plays a valuable role in the development of the over- all health of our church. Reid is a strategic thinker who specializes in various venues of communication in order to reach a technical advanced generation. He has the gift of teaching while empowering his leaders. An analytical team builder and team player, Reid has relational impact in his leadership style.
Richard & Toni Hall
Relational Strengthening Pastors Richard and Toni Hall are the Relational Pastors who equip the church by overseeing all of our Short-Term Growing Healthy Life Groups (G.H.L Groups). They are in charge of planning, organizing, and supporting the G. H.L Group Leaders. Their hearts complement their role as they mentor each of the group leaders within their position. Richard has the gift of mercy and discernment while Toni has the gift of prophetic encouragement. They both operate their position in a nurturing spirit of hospitality.
Erine & Barbara Chavez
Outreach Sharing Pastor Ernie Chavez is the Outreach Pastor who equips the church by overseeing all of our Long-Term Sharing Ministries. In doing so, he is an initiator who thinks of creative and practical venues for New Life to share their faith outside of our walls. He is in charge of selecting, supporting, and mentoring all of the outreach leaders. Evangelistic by nature while pastoral at heart, Ernie operates his position with the gift of faith and encouragement.
