Church we’re in a kairos moment. God is inviting His Church into a divine ‘reset’. Will you join us every day as we humble ours before the Lord, pause and pray? Today’s devotional comes from powerful Prophetic Intercessor Teri Awad.

“I am reminded today once again, that we are secure in God’s love no matter what we see, hear or feel, and I want to pass these thoughts onto you dear church.  Remember this one:

“Who shall separate us from the love of Christ?  Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? ….No in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.  For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 8:35-39

I have always loved these verses and have quoted them to myself for many years.  Now however this love and security is becoming more personal.  Is that happening to you?  These days I am wondering about the temperature of the church….  Does all this ignite us so that our faith burns and spreads or are we freezing and paralyzed?  As we are face to face with instability, disease and danger, are we solid and secure in God’s love and do we hold onto Him as our anchor?  Are we able to trust Him at new levels and in unfamiliar territory?  When we don’t understand what is happening around us can we still sing, “My God, my joy, my delight!” I believe we can, and we do!   What happens to us when we pray for healing of a deadly virus or any disease and God does not heal a loved one here but decides to take them to heaven?  Are we destroyed? I don’t think so.  We remember God’s faithfulness throughout our own lives; each miraculous and powerful way He moved for us personally and we recall His active and unwavering love.  We remember too, that He is still sovereign over all.  Then we make the daily choice to trust Him, again and again….because, WHO IS LIKE OUR GOD?

I believe, this is a time when we will see amazing exponential growth of the church. We have prayed for this!  Believers are emboldened and those who have felt lukewarm are awakening (even if from fear), and coming to know Christ.  Believers:  This is HIS time to shine!  I bless you to move out in unity beyond what you see as limitations.  This is the time of exceedingly abundantly more than we can ask or think, in the Spirit.  Remember, His thoughts are not our thoughts and His ways are higher than our ways.  We are together whether or not we can meet.   We are united because of WHOSE we are.  Nothing can separate us from His love.

Would you pray with me?

Thank you Father God for reminding us to choose you over our circumstances each day and giving the strength and wisdom to live victoriously hour by hour.  You said that if we ask for wisdom you will generously give it (James 1:5) so we come boldly and yet humbly before you and ask:  cover our leaders in Grace, give us creative ideas and solutions, and send your Word to heal us all.   Anoint us to be sensitive to your voice so that when you redirect, we will move. I pray that we will be the light on the hill that you have always wanted us to be! We choose to be your messengers of love and healing because it is an honor to serve you and each other.  Thank you in advance for all you are, and all you do.  I pray all of this in faith, through Jesus Christ our Lord.  Amen”
